Who can apply?
1. Youth aged 18 to 24 years old
2. Graduate of at least high school level
3. Not in education, employment or training at the planned start of WBT
How does it work? What is the process of application?
1. Youth applies to YouthWorks PH through outreach programs, career caravans, etc.
2. YouthWorks, together with the partner company and school, screens the candidates.
3. Youth trainees are selected and placed.
4. Trainees undergo life skills training.
5. Trainees begin work-based training.
6. Youth completes program and receives relevant certification.
What is work-based training?
It is a type of training that combines theoretical and practical learning. The youth learns by doing, both in the company and in the school, while receiving allowance during the in-company training.
